\u5f3a\u8026\u5408\u5355\u58c1\u78b3\u7eb3\u2f76\u7ba1\u5fae\u8154\u4e2d\u7684\u8fd1\u7ea2\u5916\u6fc0\u2f26 – \u6781\u5316\u2f26<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4e00\u3001\u805a\u5408\u7269\u57fa\u8d28\u548c\u5e73\u2faf\u2fa6\u5c5e\u5305\u8986\u8154\u4e2d\u4f7f\u2f64\u5355\u58c1\u78b3\u7eb3\u2f76\u7ba1\uff08SWCNT\uff09\u5728\u8fd1\u7ea2\u5916\u4e2d\u7684\u5f3a\u5149\u7269\u8d28\u8026\u5408<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

\u901a\u8fc7\u5229\u2f64SWCNT\u7684\u7279\u6b8a\u632f\u8361\u5668\u5f3a\u5ea6\u548c\u6025\u5267\u6fc0\u2f26\u8dc3\u8fc1\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u2f24\u7684Rabi \u5206\u88c2\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u7684\u6781\u5316\u2f26\u5f1b\u8c6b\u548c\u7a84\u5e26\u53d1\u5c04\u3002\u9274\u4e8e\u5176\u2fbc\u7535\u8377\u8f7d\u6d41\u2f26 \u8fc1\u79fb\u7387\u548c\u51fa\u2f8a\u7684\u5149\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\uff0cSWCNT\u4ee3\u8868\u4e86\u2f00\u79cd\u5728\u7535\u4fe1\u6ce2\u2ed3\u957f\u4e0b\u2f2f\u4f5c\u7684\u5b9e\u2f64\u6fc0\u2f26\u6781\u5316\u5668\u4ef6\u7684 \u6709\u5e0c\u671b\u7684\u65b0\u9014\u5f84\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c\u6fc0\u2f26- \u6781\u5316\u2f26\u662f\u5177\u6709\u5149\u548c\u7269\u8d28\u7279\u5f81\u7684\u51c6\u7c92\u2f26\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u662f\u5728\u5149\u5b66\u5fae\u8154\u88ab\u8c03\u8c10\u5230\u8154\u5185\u53d1\u5c04\u5668\u7684\u6fc0\u2f26\u5438\u6536\u65f6\u5f62\u6210\u7684\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u53d1\u5c04\u5668\u548c\u8154\u5149\u2f26\u7684\u6fc0\u53d1\u6001\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u8026\u5408\u8d85\u8fc7\u5b83\u4eec\u7684\u8017\u6563\u901f\u7387\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u79cd\u5f3a\u8026\u5408\u2f45\u6848\u4e2d\uff0c\u6fc0\u2f26\u548c\u7a7a\u2f73\u2f8a\u6563\u663e\u793a\u51fa\u7279\u5f81\u6027\u7684\u53cd\u4ea4\u53c9\uff0c\u4ece\u2f7d\u4ea7\u2f63\u4e24 \u79cd\u65b0\u6a21\u5f0f – \u4e0a\u90e8\uff08UP\uff09\u548c\u4e0b\u90e8\u6781\u5316\u2f26\uff08LP\uff09\u3002\u6fc0\u2f26 – \u6781\u5316\u2f26\u80fd\u591f\u7814\u7a76\u6fc0\u53d1\u73b0\u8c61\uff0c\u5982\u73bb\u2f8a – \u7231\u56e0\u65af\u5766\u51dd\u805a\uff0c\u2f46\u53cd\u5c04\u6781\u5316\u6fc0\u53d1\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4e8c\u3001\u586b\u5145\u6709\u5355\u2f3f\u6027 SWCNT\u7684\u2fa6\u5c5e\u5305\u8986\u5fae\u8154\u4e2d \u7684\u5f3a\u6fc0\u2f26- \u5149\u2f26\u8026\u5408\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14 \u8868\u660e\u5728 \u5ba4\u6e29\u4e0b\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b9e\u73b0\u2fbc\u4e8e 110meV\u7684Rabi \u5206\u88c2<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

\u901a\u8fc7\u2ec6\u5206\u8fa8\u53cd\u5c04\u548c\u6781\u5316\u2f26 \u53d1\u5c04\u6d4b \u91cf\u89c2\u5bdf\u5230\u6fc0\u2f26- \u6781\u5316\u2f26\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u53d1\u73b0\u5b83\u4eec\u4e0e\u8026\u5408\u632f\u8361\u5668\u6a21\u578b\u548c\u4f20\u9012\u77e9\u9635\u6a21\u62df\u5f88\u597d\u5730\u543b\u5408\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u8fd8\u7814\u7a76\u4e86\u8154\u5185SWCNT\u6d53\u5ea6\u5bf9\u5149\u7269\u8d28\u8026\u5408\u5f3a\u5ea6\u548c\u6781\u5316\u2f26 \u5f1b\u8c6b\u6548\u7387\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5f3a\u8c03\u4e86SWCNT\u5728\u7814\u7a76NIR\u4e2d \u6fc0\u2f26- \u6781\u5316\u73b0\u8c61\u2f45\u2faf\u7684\u6f5c\u2f12\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u6781\u5316\u2f26\u7684\u672a\u6765\u5e94\u2f64\u94fa\u5e73\u4e86\u9053\u8def\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5728\u7535\u4fe1\u9886\u57df\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
