\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e09\u4ee3\u540c\u6b65\u52a0\u901f\u5668\u5149\u6e90\u548c\u81ea\u7531\u7535\u5b50\u6fc0\u5149\u5668\u5c06\u52a8\u6001X\u5c04\u7ebf\u6210\u50cf\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u6269\u5c55\u5230\u5b8f\u89c2\u6837\u54c1\u4e2d\u7684\u4e9a\u5fae\u7c73\u548c\u4e9a\u7eb3\u79d2\u5c3a\u5ea6\u3002 \u548c\u4e92\u8865\u901f\u5ea6\u8bca\u65ad\u68c0\u67e5\u2f6c\u6807\u635f\u4f24\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u9ad8\u80fd\u540c\u6b65\u8f90\u5c04X\u5c04\u7ebf\u7167\u76f8\u672f\u6765\u7814\u7a76\u9ad8Z\u6750\u6599\u4e2d\u7684\u51b2\u51fb\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u53d8\u5f62\uff1b\u8fd9\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u5173\u952e\u662f\u666e\u6797\u65af\u987f\u4eea\u5668PI-MAX4\uff1a1024i\u589e\u5f3a\u578bCCD\uff08ICCD\uff09\u76f8\u673a\uff0c\u914d\u5907Gen III\u65e0\u819c\u589e\u5f3a\u5668\uff0c\u53ef\u5728\u4f4e\u5149\u5b50\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u5b9e\u73b0\u5feb\u901f\u6210\u50cf\uff0cPI-MAX4\uff1a1024i\u5c06\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u50cf\u589e\u5f3a\u5668\u95e8\u63a7\u9009\u901a\u8fbe\u5230500ps,\u800c\u4e0d\u727a\u7272\u91cf\u5b50\u6548\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
