\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>SCMOS\u4e0d\u4f46\u514b\u670d\u4e86\u539f\u5148CMOS\u566a\u97f3\u5927\u3001\u6697\u7535\u6d41\u5927\u7b49\u7f3a\u70b9\uff0c\u8fd8\u79c9\u627f\u9ad8\u901f\u3001\u9ad8\u91cf\u5b50\u6548\u7387\u3001\u4f4e\u8bfb\u51fa\u566a\u97f3\u7b49\u7684\u7279\u70b9\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u8bfb\u51fa\u566a\u58f0\u6781\u4f4e\uff0c\u80cc\u7167\u5f0fSCMOS\u5728\u7075\u654f\u5ea6\u4e0a\u53ef\u4e0eEMCCD\u76f8\u5ab2\u7f8e\uff0c\u4e14\u901f\u5ea6(\u5e27\u9891)\u8fdc\u5feb\u4e8eEMCCD\uff0c\u9002\u5408\u5feb\u901f\u5f31\u5149\u6210\u50cf\u5e94\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
